Canceling and Booking conditions

• In order to confirm your reservation, 30% of the stay ammount is requested as a deposit, with a minimum of 60 € per nights.
• Payment of this deposit may be made by credit card, check or bank wire transfer.
• In case of cancellation less than a week before the arrival date the total cost of your stay will be at your charge.
• The deposit is not refundable if you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival, otherwise they will be refunded minus 20% of management fees.
• The complete payment will be made on your departure.
• If you leave the hotel earlier or if you were less than exptected, we will ask you to pay the entire stay as mentioned in the booking confirmation.
